This was the most stressful deal of my career. Dealing with Eric was very positive, but the uncertainty of the loan approval up until the last second, was very frustrating. I'm not sure what could have been done differently.

Mr. Kim demonstrated perseverance, professionalism, patience, creativity, among other things, to ensure that my loan was successfully funded. My loan, in particular, presented some challenges to Mr. Kim, due to extenuating circumstances outside of his control. Because of the attributes that I mentioned, he was able to work through the issues, stay in communication with me, and eventually make the loan happen.

It was kinda hectic at 1 st getting all the necessary paperwork they needed. But when the ball got rolling it wasn’t bad especially towards coming to a end at closing . Just wished I could have met the folks that I been talking too and sending documents too .

Educate people better. Have a better understanding of ROI between no cost and buying down the interest rate. The ROI is on the difference, not the total amount. Returning customers should have an even more streamed lined and lower cost process.
