Julie was absolutely amazing. I thought we'd be dealing 100% with Julie, but ended up getting emails from and having to respond to at least three other people, some of which were not as easy to communicate with as Julie. Overall, no real issues, just caught me off guard and wasn't what I was expecting.

I realize that you are not in total control of how lender pays out the money-but having it done by checks to pay off personal loans was a huge hassle. If I had received the money each lender would have been paid the same day instead of incurring costs of express delivery and countless calls to the personal loan companies to insure the checks were processed. I’m still waiting on several refunds that could have been received seamlessly if I had been able to telephonically pay off the loans. Very inefficient way of handling the process. In all fairness I’m not sure how much input you had in that but just seemed incredibly old fashioned. Thanks again however for helping to secure the lender.

The entire time NAF was seeking a HOA closing on the home I was refinancing when I explained initially that there was no HOA it caused a ton of confusion. I had to take off of work to work on this and get the issue resolved . It delayed the closing by 2-3 weeks . Also my initial rate that was approved , I was informed after 2-3 weeks that it could not be approved due to a state restriction. This NAF works with mortgages and GA. This is something that should have been known prior to approving my rate. I will add that although we had some issues Sophia maintained professionalism and it was very easy and comforting to work with.
