Chris Drexler made things easier for me to understand. Christina is an agent that works under him. She was giving us some problems with communication. She was also saying one thing to us and not being fully honest about her understanding of some laws and loans. Other than that, the process was fairly simple.

We weren’t advised that there would be a second hard credit pull. And this may partly be our fault, but we still don’t know how to make a payment on the HELOC and it was our intent to immediately repay the entire initial draw. We want to reduce the interest we’re required pay until we’re ready to use the money. Overall the experience was smooth but we had a fair amount of questions that we didn’t get answers to. However, we could have been more persistent about getting those answers
