David was great to work with. My only frustration was lack of communication about the signing process. I assumed that since the closing documents hadn't been made available to us prior to the signing, we would have time to review the documents during the signing; this was not the case. The visit was only 30 minutes, not nearly enough time to go over more than 100 pages of legal documents. The docs should have been shared prior to give us ample time to review and ask questions before signing.
