The experience was good and Mirza was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Be more clear and upfront about the closing costs as we went back a forth on this multiple times and felt surprised by some of the fees that were not originally disclosed or clarified upfront. Besides that the process was quick and appreciative of your team working on the refi to get what we originally expected.
