Diane worked diligently and got us loan approval on more than one occasion. She was upfront from start to finish in what I needed to do on my part for all document requests, submittals & timeliness. Overall, Missy was highly communicative, patient and professional. There were a couple of snags that may or may not have been avoidable, but it soured the experience with NA somewhat. Missy came through in the end and I am grateful for her assistance in completing the loan. Going forward, I would recommend reinforcing the communication accuracy between the lender and underwriter to minimize confusion and frustration in the 11th hour of closing.
