the Experience would have been more memorable if the supervisor or someone who was over the workers was very rude and inflexible. We felt like we were not a priority and the process went slow.

Newamerican funding should be more flexible with its application fees, most lenders are charging between $800 and $1,200 and in many cases, these fees are waived to help reduce the consumer's expenses. Fees are not set in stone and could be reduced or totally eliminated. charging over $4,000 in interest point reduction knowing the funds were coming out the seller's pockets! Not a happy moment for the sellers and the seller's agent that had to reduce his commission $2,800. to help the sellers.

Dylan was excellent, seemed as of the rules changed during the process. Some of this was due to our situation some not. Took a very long time to close. I don’t feel any of this was Dylan’s fault. Dylan was great.

Bryan was great. Very helpful. Jem was the exact opposite. We had to pay off double what “the first under writer” saw. She seemed very unorganized we had to constantly tell her where to find documents that we sent in even though they were in the order she requested. She obviously just had not looked at the files because all documents she said we were missing were sent exactly how she had asked and were easily found. She was also very condescending when speaking to my wife and I. We wanted to close before our September 22nd close date we were initially given. So we made sure to get her all documents she required as quickly as possible, she drug her feet getting to us and we didn’t end up closing until the 25th. After we had been assured we could speed things up as soon as everything was sent to Jem. I would 100 percent use Bryan Hull again as long as Jem Aganon had absolutely nothing to do with the deal.
