I appreciate that someone ALWAYS answered the phone and I would call at all different hours and weekends. My questions always had an answer and the process went a lot faster than anticipated! This team works hard and diligently to benefit you. I had three other lenders that couldn't help us but this team DID.

It would have been better to have a road map or an outline ahead of time to understand what the steps of the process are and also be able to track where we are in the process. Also, the itemized worksheets did not reflect the proper information for VA loans. The VA funding fee was always incorrect but couldn't be changed. The actual loan estimate was accurate. In my opinion, the customer should only see a loan estimate, not the itemized worksheet.
