Jenny was great but I found it hard to connect with her because I was busy with work and kids and had very small windows of time to discuss things. She did her best to work around that. In the future, be as informative as possible regarding process for people with super busy schedules. Emails are great for me, not sure if others would agree.

We were told that we would have no payment due until January. When we closed we were told that our payments would begin in December. Very disappointed.
