Kim was knowledgeable in her product and expertise. The only downfall there were too many people involved and at times we were asked the same thing but from different assistants. Besides that we are happy we closed on the date stated and our paperwork was already there waiting at closing even with us arriving early. We even received a beautiful gift basket from Kim!

On 8/3 i emailed to check status of my loan and asked if we were on schedule to close on time on 8/12. I was assured there were no reasons to doubt we'd close on time. On Friday of that week at 8PM Tracey Tran emailed me a list of things she needed to close. I'm not sure it was Louis' fault or Tracey's, but it was ridiculous to ask of these things on a Friday at 8am. Most of the items weren't even possible until a weekday. I feel my loan was lost or not paid attention to. We had to delay.
