I think Julia was very competent and worked extremely hard to close this sale. I did not give her perfect marks simply based on the communication regarding the shift from an FHA loan a to conventional loan came as a surprise and could have been communicated better. I am impressed with her work ethic and would recommend her to other industry professionals. I do not believe my imperfect grading is a reflection on her work product. Only that there was room for improvement.

I just think communication and what was needed to finish the loan process was greatly lacking. I would email or call and no one would return my call or email.

Lots of miscommunication, not with Stephanie, she was great. Once the file was passed on to underwriters, there were missteps. Nothing against Stephanie, she was great.

It was a horriblely stressful experience because things kept going wrong, numbers kept changing, and things weren’t working out as planned. Plus it took 3 months to close. Stephanie was very nice through out the whole experience even when I wasn’t at my best due to the circumstances.

steffanie was outstanding!! The company loan process as a whole made buying a house extremely miserable. Even to the point of tears and thinking we would be homeless with only a few days to figure it out.. If we had not been dedicated and our realtor been great help along side steffanies suport we would have walked way with 2 kids homeless. I would recommend steffanie to anyone. She puts you first and tries no matter how many times you need her to!!!! Thank You Steffanie

Stephanie was easy to work with and I believe she did a good job. The process I had to go through was not that good. I had several people from out of state interacting confusing me over the computer which had me wandering what was going on. The process took a long time and I was about to think I had made a mistake choosing New American funding for my financing. It Findley worked out.
