The response to the status of the loan is a little slow. You or underwriter maybe working on it but I didn’t know until I get the response. The seller was anxious to know at the time because they have other plan. This loan has a delay which I understand. Also the time to inform us of the closing is a bit rush. Seller just not able to make it due to work schedule. I would suggest to give your customer at least a day notice in the future so they can arrange their time. Other than that, overall is fine.

Dwayne is very knowledgeable and responsive. My only constructive feedback for Dwayne is if he knows things are delayed (even if it is out of his control), update everyone sooner so that we can all plan in advance vs. scrambling at the last minute. Much better to be told we need a few more days 1-2 days before closing vs. 6:00 pm the night before closing. Otherwise, I trust Dwayne's expertise and guidance. Will recommend him to future clients.
