The experience with Amir was helpful, informative. We did have issues with Alyssa not responding at all to email inquiries. Through weeks leading up to close. Additionally very poor final closure preparation that had impacts to us personally, our realtors and sellers. Additionally we shared on multiple occasions this was out of state purchase, we needed to consolidate funds and do wire etc. On Friday, so we could do walk through on Saturday, and close on Monday. Delays caused us to have to incur 2 wire fees, wire insufficient funds because final detail weren't known till late Friday after banking cutoffs for wires and created overall stress, frustration and not the best new home environment. Until I got Amir involved nothing moved and we still had to wait over an hour more before close for a 3 hour process after signatures. Alyssa also through the title company under the bus, unfortunately we were there and saw it and also know when details were sent as we came in early to get all paperwork signed. She went on vacation during this time with no planned or communicated backup, and overall wasn't impressed with her customer service or her management of the loan. Additionally you definitely need to be aware of closing details and ensure more than 1 person in company can review items, and not just go to lunch while this process is going on.
