Overall the service was good. I know with the pandemic issue the process was extremely slow. I would have thought with our previous mortgage with New American that the new refi would have been quicker. I also wish I was informed that all the closing costs would have been made known to me that they were deducted out of the cash out that was requested. That left a shortfall of about $5,000.00.
