- Create a packet with all possible forms and can print only what is needed or print all forms with one trip if using guest printer - Attention to detail - this is my perception from what happened - verify and double check to ensure you're not asking the customer for items already sent by email or scanned in to your website - Fix the system that is auto sending request for payment for upfront deposit multiple times

Overall a great experience. there were a few times where the #s were off, enough that it freaked me out, but they were quick to apologize, adjust and keep us on track.

It would have been better if we could have communicated with one person. Several times we were asked to submit documents that we had already submitted. The app works in some ways but not always for those of us who are not so technically inclined

It was a good experience overall. Once the underwriter was involved and there was a go between it got a bit difficult because the paperwork that they wanted was submitted several times and then they wanted more and more. Most importantly, they did not understand DFAS and military pay.
