Generally everyone was very responsive, Mike certainly was. It was challenging to get a hold of him sometimes and he also struggled to get hold of me. It would have been more helpful if we could have scheduled a time to chat (which I suggested, but was never actioned). Other than that it was all good.

Consistent and timely communication thorough out the entire loan process would have made for a 5 star experience. Once the loan went to processing there was not much communication from Zach. However, considering my closing was delayed I would have liked to receive the communication from him. I voiced my concern. Zach got involved to ensure that the rest of the process ended smoothly.
