loan offifers are to busy they should close out what they have before moving

Loan was approved at the last second to be able to close on time which added a lot of stress and uncertainty. If the underwriter demands could be anticipated to structure the loan for approval well ahead of closing, it would have made the experience much more preferable. However, all in all Sheel's commitment to deal with obstacles and close on time is exceptional.
