Everything that needed to get done was done in a timely fashion. That said, I rarely heard from Tim directly, except the automated/canned emails telling me to proceed to the next step in the process, and actually communicated with others in this when I had questions. Everything seemed to have been done well and I closed on time so I have no complaints!

The clerks were not organized and left something for last minutes. Even in day of the closing they still need prof of hazard insurance.
