Having closed on time or even at the first extension date and I would have rated great. 2 Extentions for an issue that should have never been an issue doesn't rate as great. Besides that everything else was excellent. I appreciate that Albert answered his phone or promptly returned my calls/texts, not many people do that any more. If there was a great- choice I would have selected that because it was better than just ok.
