I would say the experience was good since everything worked out. However, there were times when we felt like there was miscommunication. This was my first time going through the process and it was frustrating to have to ask for the same changes to be made to forms several times. We were asked for documents at the last minute (I understand that this was at the request of the underwriters, but we were past the initial closing date and these were documents that were not always on hand).
