Lori Gray was fine - knowlegable, responsive and helpful. The problem or annoyance was that there are too many hands in the pot! I was asked to provide the same documents I previously provided several times by several different people. I explained that I already sent those in and I always got the excuse, "I can't see it in the system. Something is wrong with the system". This is very annoying and time consuming. Please look at changing the processing process. Not good.
