Mitch is a wonderful person and full of life and energy. I am a type A person who likes to fully understand everything inside and out and as we all know, the re-fi process can be a bear. I think some phone calls, over just emails, would have been more helpful in the communication process. In the end we got our rate and our re-fi approved (tho a bit later than initially promised - due to switching from Freddy Mac to Fanny Mae mid process) so we are thrilled. Thank you Mitch!
