Through out our process my husband and I had many adjustments that had to be accommodated for. While this was often difficult for us to understand (as we were first- time homebuyers) and a challenge to plan and adapt for, Yolanda was able to clarify and reassure, as well as help us develop a plan each time she contacted us. We are happy and excited to start this new journey because of her and her team's efforts!

A more detailed check list and timetable would have been very helpful. We kept receiving requests for information and employment verification up to the last day of the process. We had expressed our concerns for the difficulties involved in managing demands for information and wet signing once we went on vacation. We did not feel our concerns were listened to. The continued demands brought unnecessary stress into our vacation.

I’ve worked with Jim before. When we had our initial phone conversation he asked me what I was looking to accomplish. When I explained what I wanted, he advised me what my options were. He asked me to submit my app along with all of the other information and when the time was right for me to accomplish my goals, he would let me know. Turns out, that’s exactly what happened.

The figures I was quoted originally increased significantly at closing. The service I received from Clark was very good. But the support staff were very incompetent.

Better communication and knowledge about the process after it has been started. Clark was great answering questions and getti,g everything started. Once it left him and went to another desk/area, I felt like I was just another person waiting on paperwork trying to find answers to simple questions. I would use them again, but I would make sure that ALL my questions were answered.
