It's probably the nature of the process. We had to send A LOT of documents. Which isn't that big of a deal. What was more bothersome was having to send the same document a few times because it seemed as though the people involved in the process weren't sharing the info. Or having to repeatedly send updated bank statements any time I cashed a check or moved money. Great customer service, Joe and his team were ALWAYS available to answer questions or concerns. They closed an FHA loan in 30 days.

Yvonne was helpful and attentive at the beginning of the process when finding out how much I would qualify for and starting the escrow process. Towards the end of the escrow process it difficult to get in contact with her and get answers for specific items.
