The level of communication was absolutely wonderful, but there was a hiccup at the end of the process. It seems like all resources weren't yet exhausted--almost gave us a heart attack in the 11th hour, but the Luna team ended up working it out in the end, as usual :)

Very knowledgeable and curtious. Also very accommodating. I work crazy hours and they were very flexible to work around my schedule. Even allowed me to use personal home office to take care of some of the paperwork needs.
