Sometimes, we felt in the dark about the closing details. Also, it would be nice for the person that we are working with to introduce the next NA associate so that we know that the next person is legit, considering all the personal info that gets shared during this process.

Bart worked very hard to get us the best rate possible. Even during a Pandemic, he made great contact, his assistant Wendy also did a terrific job. We felt as though we could trust Bart with our best interests and he took plenty of time to explain things to me as he was always very patient.
