Kari was helpful and pleasant to work with. However, the last two days leading up to the closing included several last minute demands from the loan processor and I was never sent a final amount for the closing costs prior to the closing which was very stressful and resulted in the payment not going through to the seller on time. Fortunately I was still able to close as scheduled because the seller was flexible and understanding.

Ty Kollar himself was personable and genuine in his demeanor of his expertise and his work ethic, in helping us buy our forever home. He was dedicated to ensuring details weren't missed in what ended up being a delicate and tedious home buying process. He made himself available when last minute issues arised and that made all the difference. Sue - she was courteous and really made us feel comfortable when hiccups occurred and answered any questions and concerns we had.
