Considering all the work from home and using a VA loan we took about rwo months. We didnt use a realitor which made it somewhat challenging overall it was a farely quick process.

The process of providing documentation became very repetitive and inefficient. Communication on those submittals would also be sporadic and unclear. Often times the specifics of a document request were not adequately conveyed and we would end up submitting a document multiple times with slightly different formatting or timestamps for example. A "What to Expect" or similar type of communication would have been very helpful; we would have know what was expected, when and submitted one time.
