In the end my daughter got into her house. On the way there were bumps with the underwriter having issues with my pension income. I (we) provided them with more than sufficient information that the underwriter was requesting. Somehow it would have been nice to know that this loan office had NO intention on funding the loan with the what I was lead to be the original plan of a low $$ entry fee. But Janel had a workable plan of scrapping that idea and going FHA. Shelby got her house.
