Eric was great, easy to get a hold of, always accessible, responded promptly to questions. Some of the online systems were a bit confusing, seem to indicate that an action on my part was necessary (when it wasn't, thanks to Eric for clarifying), and the time frame to process the refinance request was much longer than expected. I understand that there was a significant uptick in demand due to the lower rates. However, I would have expected an increase in support staff to deal with the demand.
