If we could've received the grant so we could buy things needed for the house and also the sellers said the appliances were brand new and that is a lie.

Ron Johnson was fabulous to work with. I felt sorry for him at times for the issues he had to deal with during our loan process. Our loan file got shipped to CA for processing and underwriting. I had a very simple straight forward loan file and the loan took 60 days to close. Ron dealt with me professionally and timely even though the loan process was long and disheartening. I would recommend Ron Johnson's services to everyone I know.
