Tom is always great about returning calls and answering questions quickly no matter what time of day it is. The overall experience was a little frustrating this time, but we understand this is a different time regarding everything going on right now. It took quite a long time to process the loan. We had months to provide documents, but was rushed the very last week to gather everything needed and had to resend items sent before since months had passed.
