Yolanda herself was pleasant. However, quoting 4.49% and an $1,125 payment versus on 8/23/19 it all changed to 5.375% and an $1,228 payment, because she did not know it was a manufactured home was terrible. Why there are different rates and requirements is pretty strange. Anyway, then there was extra money required for an engineering certification and then even more for tie downs to be added (even though these were under the house when first installed on the foundation I got from manufacturer
