At times the process was a bit confusing, since it we had to submit and resubmit many documents, and were receiving emails from about 8 different people at NAF. In the end everything worked out though, so I would recommend them, especially if you are a bit of a complicated case.

There were many obstacles that popped up within the 2-3 months it took for me to close on the loan. I felt Mrs. Guzman did her best to make sure I was able to complete the loan process and close on my loan as soon as possible.

Jesse was friendly and easy to talk to. He knew I was about ready to go with another company, so he didn't take a lot of my time and didn't push me while working up a quote. In the end his quote was competitive, but it was not enough to make me switch from the company that had already done a lot of work for me. He thanked me for giving him a chance to see if he could save me some money, and offered his services if I needed them in the future. A pleasant experience.
