My major concerns revolved around the proposed and countered interest rates. The original proposal of 4.75% was exceptionally high, the counter of 4% exceeded the market rate. As a potential client, you looking for relationships that benefit all concerned. Corporations that embody this concept are viewed more favorably by the public.
