Carlos was very responsive , but the communication between the other members of the team was lack luster- it seems that they were not communicating and the right hand did not know what the left hand was doing-

We got a really good 15 year refinance rate. Mr. Cadena communicated with us in a professional manner.

Communication!! There was no communication that was not initiated by me throughout the loan process. I had to inquire weekly as to the status of my clients loan and while I always did receive a timely answer, I would have appreciated that information being provided as opposed to me always having to seek it out. I still have not actually spoken with Craig at anytime during the process, I have never worked with him previously , and we closed on the loan on Thursday!.

The team at NAF were all very responsive in a timely manner and willing to work around my schedule, which isn't always my own. The process went pretty smoothly.

The loan process was transparent in disclosing in the prelim docs, the requirement for additional condo hazard insurance. I objected to this requirement in the prelim docs and again later in the loan process. I wouldn't have signed the loan unless it was removed or justification provided. Only THEN did anyone do the homework that should have been done BEFORE the bogus requirement ever showed up in ANY of the docs, to establish that it was in fact necessary for my loan. It was not.
