Nathan was great about being in touch and walking us through the process. There seemed to be some blips in the transfer of information from person-to-person -- not with us but with other people who were handling the process. However, this was not a big deal at all. Rahim was very pleasant to work with, as well. I appreciated Nathan being the person I knew I could call whenever there was a question or issue. The closing process was painless and we were grateful for the in-home option.
