The service was great and communication too, but I do not have any other lender to compare it to. They made it easy and what i really appreciated was the office being very responsive and protective when i stumbled upon some issues when dealing with the seller.

The process has changed since I purchased my last house. Even though I am just a co signer for my granddaughter on this property we were trying to doing thing long distance. Our lender was great getting us through the process!

The process of refinancing our house with new american funding was so easy! Amir the loan officer was able to answer all my questions and was very helpful. I never felt pressured or got a salesman vibe. For those reasons we decided to go with new american funding versus another company we where looking into. They have great communication and were always quick with a response. They were able to match and get us a better rate than the other company we were looking at! Only downfall was not being able to go over papers with loan officer as we were signing but that would be with any online company. They answered all questions we had with paper work the next day.
