Had a few hiccups in the process but Rogelio went the extra mile to ensure that I would become a homeowner. If I had it to do all over again I'd still use Rogelio as my loan officer.

Once we chose our real estate agent for our first home purchase, she recommend a lender to us--Henry. We appreciated that that Henry had a relationship with our agent, as this made communication much easier. We also appreciated Henry's willingness to meet with us in person, and to do so outside of normal business hours. This foreshadowed his flexibility in working with us! Henry diligently explained the aspects of both our loan and closing costs. He even helped us acquire a loan with a rate well below what we expected. Our only disappointment was with the monthly PMI amount; however, we understand that Henry had little flexibility over this aspect of the loan. Henry explained these costs for us in our first meeting; however, we did not understand the degree to which these costs could vary between pre-approval and closing.We would work with Henry again, should we buy a new home or refinance!
