I will be frank that the home buying process was a bit more than I initially bargained for. It took me over a year to secure a property, the first few months of my home search I was thrilled with Caliber! As everyone involved in my transaction, I am happy the home I wanted is funded and the transaction is closed. I have a strong personality as a few of the workers at Caliber, which can cause friction, but we got the job done some kind of way...FINALLY, after a few road blocks in the process, I have the keys!!!!

We enjoyed working with Kyle on the refinance of our home. The only negative was not towards Kyle personally, but that the whole process took MUCH longer than we anticipated. Some of the other individuals we worked with were not organized and not as responsive as Kyle.

We found Tony through a "first-time" home buyer's workshop. The real estate agent that we wanted to work with had a well-established relationship with Tony so we were comfortable working with him to purchase our house. The mortgage process was relatively painless, though we did encounter a few snags, however Tony worked with us through them. We were able to close on our short sale on time and have been happy to continue to refer people to Tony.

I recently closed my loan through Steward & Soss mortgage company. We had a good experience working with Chad Geyer. Chad was very knowledgeable and responsive. We were able to quickly close on our escrow ahead of the schedule. Funding was completed with no unexpected issues. Very helpful and knowledgeable. A pleasure to deal with. They assisted us in obtaining a purchase loan for our second home, a condo in San Francisco. They were much easier to deal with and more responsive than other lenders we tried to work with.
