Bryan and Fairview were recommended by my agent in Denver. I was buying there but being from Ohio was obviously a bit uncertain. Having worked as an attorney with concentration in real estate for over 40 years, I appreciate the difficulties of modern residential mortgage qualification process. Also, without the ability to meet at the outset, I was relying solely on electronic communication. Bryan was always, I mean always available by phone or email. He knew precisely what all parties involved in the application, review and approval portions were doing at all times and it was apparent that he brought out the best in those working with him. Working with another lender in a different time zone and another state can be a burden. I feel that we did collectively have good communication throughout this transaction. It's always nice to be able to sit in front of your lender or across the table from them but I think the overall experience was very satisfactory, and I appreciate the effort that John put forward and helping close this transaction.
