Eric was very friendly and accessible. He returned calls and emails rapidly and was always willing to explain next steps, considerations and approaches to closing the loan. We often spoke outside of normal business hours. Getting a loan these days is complicated--and even though we were ideal candidates, it was burdensome to come up with the endless documentation required. Eric was good about explaining what was needed. However, we would have preferred one comprehensive list of requirements as it felt like we were frequently asked for more information, and we occasionally had to submit the same documents more than once. Regardless, Eric made the loan happen and we even closed a few days earlier than expected!

Long wait to get answers sometimes. Was emailed one day just before noon that I had till 12:30 that day to call to get my questions answered. Didn't see the email until 1. I had asked for a text if I needed to see something right away. When I emailed back the response was on Monday 10 to 12 was reserved for me. Didn't get to talk until 2:40.

Daniel was responsive to all my email questions. Because I didn’t delay getting needed information to him, we were able to quickly close on our loan. Daniel was able to work with us on a convenient time and location to sign paperwork. I would definitely go to Daniel again for a loan if needed.
