Everyone was super friendly and nice, maybe it was just bad luck, but the process was very hard for us with many twists and turns; but no one said buying a house was easy! Suzanne was very nice and helpful though.

1. Agent and processor were very helpful and professional. 2. Underwriter processing up until day of loan forced 5 hour delay to closing for 5 parties. Asking for additional info that late in process was totally unacceptable. I have no idea what root causes are, but it injected significant frustration and stress into the process, and next time I will take whatever steps I need to next time to avoid having loan approval pending until the day of closing. If this is unavoidable, the you need to ensure clients are prepared to be pulling fincial documentation day of closing. We had no idea this is apparently standard, and this could have caused major issues as we were traveling out of state to be at closing. No apology is needed, just please fix your process.

We had a great experience buying our first home! For the most part it was pretty painless. I do wish there was slightly more transparency for closing costs from the get go. I also would have loved to have known exactly what programs we used or benefitted from for being first time home buyers.
