The number of rounds of document revisions/e-signings was confusing - we would think we were done and then there would be another round of documents to review. We both talked through this and were very surprised by the number of times we had to follow up on email requests. Just because there is an opportunity to ask for frequent updates or to easily tweak the documents doesn't mean we should lower the bar for the initial documents (updates should be the exception rather than rule).
