Jordan could not have been better - great to work with, responsive, answered our questions, gave us options, etc. Once we locked down that we wanted to move forward the process and it was out of his hands it went downhill. 5 month process overall, very little communication, more and more documents and information needed, sometimes duplicative and already given. Would recommend Jordan but not beyond that.

It was a decent transaction, and Joe was always responsive when I called him directly and his assistant always responded quickly. However, I felt like I always had to reach out to Joe and his team to get any updates on loan status, appraisal and closing dates when I think they should have been keeping me more informed. I shouldn't have had to contact them all the time for updates. Otherwise, a very good transaction.
