Eric and his team went over and above to help get a document from the National Guard for this young buyer to close on time. Great teamwork.

Hass helped us consolidate and refinance with great confidence and knowledge. The process took a bit longer than expected, but we are glad we did it!

Loan process took too long. Additional questions were being asked over a long period of time.
Review by Beth Adams for Ricky Hammoud

I was very disappointed in the hand off between employees. After the initial contact with Ricky, we received duplicate documents from the other employees/departments that were working on our loan application. Also there was never really communication about why all these various people were contacting us. We were working with 3 different people at a time. Ricky was helpful, but I would not recommend the company as a whole.

Henry was very polite and professional. He was also prompt when I had a question. His team was could also be described in this manner. However, there is room for improvement. With that said, I understand we are in a pandemic and everyone in the US is trying to refi their house right now, so I give everyone the benefit of the doubt during these tumultuous times. Overall they did a great job, I would highly recommend that don’t use Vantage Point Title again.
