My experience with Khalil was great however once the underwriters and funding department got involved the experience was not so good. Khalil did a great job to make things right in order to close on my refinance. He apologized for the poor experience I had with Donella and the underwriters and took control of the situation which I very much appreciated. All said and done, Khalil would do a great job and is very professional. Give him a chance to serve you with your loan/refinance needs.

I enjoyed working with Tony as he is very responsive to calls and text. I refinanced last year at the same time and it was pretty painless, this time wasn’t as much. At no fault to Tony, dealing with some of the loan officers and communicating wasn’t very clear. It was hard to get an idea of what was going on. Numbers were being thrown around a bit but luckily I was able to call Tony and sort it out.
