The overall process took longer than I had anticipated based on the first projection of 35-40 dfays and this contributed to a lot of stress that was hard to manage at a time of loss of a parent. The loan officer and other staff did excellent jobs but I was unprepared for the complexities and unexpected delays. However, I am grateful for the help I got.
