Nore communication of who was handling our claim. We had it amazing with Khalil but then Shelley Randazzo took over and she sinpky would not comunicate with us and we would find out of pending documents needed for our claim only after us having to ask her directly. Anyways Khalil took over again and was super professional and efficient.
