1. Simplification of the process of documents. I had multiple emailees and numerous individuals from the same company asking for things already submitted. 2. Explanation of charges that aren't listed under competition loan options. aka: Realtor fees. Reasons for disclosure adjus 3. Ask a mortagee if they want to pay points and give the second option(s). Which you did throughout but not every where. It equals transparency for the consumer and not having to make sure they are "ripping" you off.
