More personalized service based upon my credit score, number of assets, etc. Asking me for the my insurance policy on my primary home that is already paid in full was in my view a bit invasive. There was no reason that I could see you needed that information based upon the income I stated in the process.

Dave really was patient with me during this process. I learned alot and would work with him again in the future. This was my first time buying a home and dave gave me all the knowledge I needed. He was always available to answer any question and got things done quickly and in a hurry.

The efficiency of the responses given were great! The improvements could be made in the expectations put on the buyer and knowledge of the process. Several times it was assumed that we knew the next step we would need to take however that was not the case. Overall it was a positive experience and I would work with the loan officer again.
