Megan Villanueva-Loan Processor was great to say the least, especially with her communication and customer skills sets providing transparency throughout the entire process of the loan. Overall, the process working with New American Funding was good. I do think there is some room for improvement on communication channels. As the loan proceeded and the process transferred to another NAF member, it seemed like there was a gap in communication or information available. I do think some of that is attributed to the new at home working environment we all experience right now. Overall, Brad and team got the job done correct and I'm happy to have my mortgage with NAF.
