Jonathan was pretty good for the most part. but missed some key things that caused delays in the approval process and ultimately caused me interest. There were also some issues with closing costs and prepaids that needed to be corrected.

The overall experience I had with New American was good and they had the lowest rate among lenders I compared, but I would have appreciated a quicker initial response as by the time I heard back from New American, I had already started the refinance process with another lender.
