Kevin was great on keeping an eye on interest rates. There was a lack of communication at times and this process took longer than it should weather it was his fault or his team.

I felt that the underwriting department kept asking for more and more items and kept changing the rules. It had nothing to do with Patrick though. Then at the end, no one told me that I had to call New American Funding to stop the biweekly payments that were coming out of my checking account even though I had told them several times that I was on an automatic biweekly payment plan. NAF ended up taking a payment the same day my loan was paid off and now I have to wait for a check to be mailed.
