The ONLY thing that made it “great” was Heather. She put our problems ahead of her own and I really appreciate that. We were living in a truly rotten house. Floors were falling in and rats! She did her best to get this over with as quick as possible. Heather, I would refer to anyone. The rest of the company itself is a totally different matter!!!!!!!

Michelle was great to work with, Had a little problem initially with phone communications (I'm not into texting) but that issue was soon resolved. The help she provided with dealing with poor service from our escrow company was very appreciated.
