I had to send the same paperwork in several times. Sometimes communication was great and others non existent. It was overall a very frustrating experience. They did however secure my loan in the end to get me in my house despite the struggles. I am very grateful. Thank you

Josh and Chris were fabulous to work with... They made the entire process so much easier than I ever imagined. But when they attempted to get final closing documents and prepare for the wire transfer, it became 3 days of stress at my end. I don't think this was anything within their control, but it spoiled what had been a fabulous experience up until that point. Such a shame that weeks of hard work and successful processing could be damaged by 3 days of an administrative nightmare.
