James was great, however, the support staff was not good, did not listen to my concerns, documents were incorrect and needed to be redone several times. They expected me to be available at a moment call to sign documents when I had told them the dates that I was not available. This experience was not as good as the previous experience.

The closing documentation had to be redone 44 or 5 times and even though I closed it is still incorrect. Each time I signed the CDs electronically, the numbers changed when I was asked to sign with ink. Very frustrating. Communication was ok at best. Took many phone calls and emails to get a response and I never knew what stage it was in.

We were told that we would be able to skip one month of house payment while the loan processed. That did not happen. Closing was set for March 1, we signed papers on February 25. First payment is due April 1. We would have liked to do a total refinance to reappraise the house to include the new pool we put in and to be able to pay off the pool loan. We were discouraged from that. in hindsight, with the over $5,000 we paid in closing costs. we should have.
